Completely forgot to post my full playthrough here, people can use it as a guide if they want but I recomend first trying to work it out yo0urself as it is a really cool game to go in blind. I needed a bit of help from the dev, but managed to beat it in the end.
yes, I think after bright issue have some little increase, I found some more room that I never found before. and also I think little increase brightness make people can see random jump scare more obvious. In old ver. I played I have to look down on water lane to find an n ways path so not see that much. So thank for nice game !!!. I have cleared this.
note1: old ver. i played was 1.0.0, new ver. i done playing is 1.1.2
note2: maybe this won't be usable idea or not but I just have idea that it should have start of story by like character trying to focus after eyes open and have brightness adjust to see something, like door or character so done brightness adjust by interact or walk to interact to that thing.
So I am quite close to the end of the game, I next need to configure the N01 control panel which I have the code for, but it is not working. It's the one on the note where the guy splits the code into 2. I tried both seperate and together but it is not working. Also I don't yet have the key to T04 and have no idea where it could possibly be as I have searched everywhere on the map at this point. Could I possibly get a hint, thanks.

Based on the description of your progress, you seem to have mismatched a clue and an answer. Perhaps a visit to the L shaped room in the North-East will help?
I don't have the key/code required to get into that room. It seems like I need a key for T08 and a code for T04, I imagine the code for T04 is in T08 but the key for that door I have no clue where it could possibly be. I must have missed it in one of the rooms but I have looked for quite a while and haven't managed to find it
Sorry to be like this but I have looked everywhere and am about ready to give up. I do feel it is a bit too complicated of a game, I've played 4 times now and still only get one step closer each time. All I have left to do is work out the code for the T08 door and I have tried every combination the N05 clue could possibly give. I really do want to beat the game as it is really cool, are you able to at least give me a bigger clue as to what it is, and let me know whever or not the key to T04 is in there as that is all I need left. I have everything else I need to beat the game
1. The code for the L-shaped room's door (T06) is in N05, the clue is the struck-through line in the document. The map above indicates which room the clue is for.
2. In T06, there is a key and a document. The key is for T04 and the document contains clues for the emergency exit at N01, indicated by the sticky note.
3. When unlocking T04 with the key from N01, there is a map with specific rooms marked in green, exploring those areas and solving the individual puzzles will grant you the final keypad code for the emergency exit in N01

anyone can activate breaker in 5 digit room, color in doc in 4 digit security cam password not work. i cant continue game so i restart it 2 times and still stuck there. brightness adj. in need too i have problem with all dark game cuz my laptop scree have less brightness than others ive seen.
Can't say much for the puzzles (they're working as intended), but we just released an update that brightens your immediate surroundings a little. Hopefully this helps you see a little better! Try 60 FOV for more illumination. :))

It's possible that you might have missed something! Perhaps a review of the clues that you've used

i know darkness is part but i need to turn up brightness literally cannot see
