Hello! I'm the game design major who commented here several months ago, coming back to say this new update is amazing! The map function in the second stage is really well implemented, and the extra lore with the book is super well-done and intriguing!
I like it, It starts off with a mild sense of something wrong and then the switch in the middle was great, I'm keeping it vague because I don't want to spoil it for anyone that hasn't played yet but I really do recommend this game!(Gameplay starts at 5:16)
I found 4 fruit friends! If you walk around the bottom of the map you can see one hidden behind a tree but cant get him :o ( I have not finished so it might be something else)
I didn't know what to expect with this game! It started all happy-go-lucky and then did a complete 180. XD Lamu definitely got me. I enjoyed playing. ^_^

I can't interact with the car, for some reason? For context, I didn't smash the car as Lamu, and did everything as the human.
Also, judging from the children's book, was Lamu's "human" name Larry?
if you’re trying to interact with the left side of the car, try the right. if that doesn’t work let me know pls!

I tried both sides, but it didn't work. Then again, I DID go for the third ending instead.
I was having a similar issue. I kept trying and eventually got it to work standing just a little further back while on the right side of the car.
The new lore/ending is fantastic. I wonder if this'll have a sequel or even become a franchise one day.
Maybe Lamu has other animal hybrid "friends" he's neglected to tell us about.
